Terms and Conditions

By using halatech.ai, submitting a demo-request form, or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site, submit the form, or opt in to SMS.

These Terms apply to hospitality and other business contacts who use our website, request a demo, or join our SMS program. In these Terms, “HalaTech,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean HalaTech AI (halatech.ai).

Through the site and related forms, we may offer:

• Demo requests and related follow-up
• Informational SMS about demos, product updates, and support
• After you consent, conversations via HalaTech and Twilio channels (for example SMS, WhatsApp, or live chat / AI-assisted chat)

Submitting a form or opting in to SMS does not create a paid contract, service-level agreement (SLA), or guarantee of availability, pricing, features, or outcomes. Any commercial engagement is subject to a separate agreement.

By checking the SMS consent box or otherwise opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated texts from HalaTech about demos, product updates, and related support.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent is not required to buy or use other HalaTech products where those products are available without SMS.

We do not claim carrier approvals or Meta approvals beyond what we have actually obtained for a given channel or campaign.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Use the site, forms, and messaging channels only for lawful business purposes
• Not spam, abuse, harass, attempt to disrupt our systems, or submit content you do not have the right to share

We may suspend or refuse service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

The HalaTech name, logos, website content, product descriptions, demos, and related materials are owned by HalaTech or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission, except for limited personal or internal business use needed to evaluate a demo.

The website, demo process, and SMS program are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or messaging will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HalaTech and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site, forms, or SMS program. Our total liability for claims arising out of these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law. This is draft B2B language for legal review.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and explains how we collect and use personal information, including for SMS.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in a venue reasonably designated by HalaTech may hear disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Counsel should confirm the specific state or country of organization before publishing a final version.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site, forms, or SMS program after an update means you accept the revised Terms for that continued use.
